BRIEF
Create a minimal flyer and map to convey the companies image - utilizing the photography of these stunning student flats in Sheffield. Intended to give to prospective clients at student fayres or students visiting the office for viewings and more information.

WORK
Using photoshop and illustrator we created this landscape flyer to showcase their photos, making the apartments the star of the flyer. Keeping the design of the flyer in the style of the existing brand, focusing on imagery without the need for lots of text as more information is available online. We created the map as a (none factual) example of the locations of the various properties to convey their proximity to student campus locations.
